A pleasure dealing with Lexus of Massapequa!! This is our 2nd experience with Lexus of Massapequa, and it won't be our last. I owned a 2010 RX350 and was looking to replace it due to an accident I This is our 2nd experience with Lexus of Massapequa, and it won't be our last. I owned a 2010 RX350 and was looking to replace it due to an accident I had. We had been to 9 different dealerships previously looking for a new SUV, thinking I couldn't afford another Lexus. Of course, nothing stood up to a Lexus. When we walked into Lexus, we were helped by Quinn Mui. Besides being possibly the nicest car salesman I have ever encountered, he knew he could find me a car I could afford. He actually brought the car I was interested in to my house for a test drive, since I was w/o a car. Who does that?! This was a man on a mission, and that was to make sure I was within my budget, and happy. Well, it worked and I Love my new Lexus. Hoping to deal with Quinn in the future. More

This is the second car I leased from them; although I had no complaints about the first time, this experience was outstanding due to the professionalism and product knowledge of Stew Schnissel. From the moment we entered the dealership, everyone was pleasant and it was clear that Lexus of Massapequa wanted our business. Stew knew everything about the vehicles, both past and present. The delivery was exceptional--Stew explained everything we needed to know in detail, the car was perfectly prepped, even the complimentary Sirius radio was connected! I hope that we will see Stew again for our next lease. More

Best experience to date I have had my share of pleasant and unpleasant experiences with dealerships when buying/leasing a car in the past but this experience was truly differ I have had my share of pleasant and unpleasant experiences with dealerships when buying/leasing a car in the past but this experience was truly different. I rarely ever spend the time to fill out surveys but I had to make an exception in this case. Mike was "honest" from the the first moment when he approached us. The reason honestly is an important factor to me is because it sets a baseline for what you can except when going through the usual tedious experience of negotiation and getting close to your desired budget. This experience was just that. No hidden agendas, no hassling, no funny business....just honest and rewarding experience to get the car I wanted. Thanks Mike!
