On Thursday, March 27th, my wife and I met with Marietta Ketcham and had a wonderful experience in discussing our immediate need for a new automobile. Mrs. Ketcham was extremely accomodating, presented us with various options and went to bat for us with the sales manager when we requested a lower price than was originally offered for the 2013 ES 350 which we bought.
