From the moment we arrived at Lexus of Massapequa we were treated with respect and professionalism. Our first contact was with the receptionist who greeted us and was very attentive. She immediately found us a sales consultant to work with. From then on our Sales Consultant, William Audette, handled our new car process. He was always extremely patient, knowledgeable and thorough with any questions or concerns. William was able to find us the car we were interested in, 2014 ES 350 Ultra Luxury, very quickly. We also had very positive experiences with Salmon Umar and Larry Smath, who guided us through the pricing and financial steps. When we picked up the car, again the staff was extremely accommodating. Again, William walked us through the features of the car until we were completely satisfied. Based on our experiences, we have already recommended Lexus of Massapequa to friends and colleagues. As an added note, we intentionally chose Lexus of Massapequa because of our negative experiences with our local dealership (2 miles from from our home). More

Last evening, we attended a "Tech Session" at the service center designed to familiarize the new-car owner with the myriad technological aspects of the GS 350. From the introductions to the light supper to the in-vehicle small group instruction, the evening was amazing! It was the epitome of the "Lexus Covenant" [which appeared in a brief promo video before staff introductions. Everyone was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. The session focused on the four clients in the vehicle and then became more expansive as other things were "discovered" by us while Matthew was demonstrating procedures. Having owned or leased 15 BMW's since 1984, we are beginning to understand why within the last three years six of our friends have moved on to Lexus. Well done!
