This particular Lexus dealership is the best. What a great experience. My salesman Anthony Torres was phenomenal. He wasn't pushy, but he was very knowledgable about all the models I looked at. I told him the price I was willing to pay. Anthony worked with me to get as close as possible. I drove away in my new Lexus hours later. Larry Smath the finance guy is an "old school" guy, that suggested what I MAY want to add, and gave me a fair price. I can honestly say I have never had such an easy time buying a car. I have been servicing my car at Atlantic Lexus for years. Last week I brought my car in, met with Roseann, a fairly new service employee. She went over all of the items I needed, I agreed to have the work done. I came to the dealership to pick up my vehicle to find over $300.00 dollars worth of parts added to my bill !!! I was never told about these items until I was reviewing my bill. Fuel injector part and a bulb for over $200.00. This practice of dishonesty will catch up to them. Not cool. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Apparently Mike Balletta is not there any longer. More

Worst customer service. Ordered a new car. Was told it was in after a month. It was the wrong color. Was left sitting for a half hour and was told that the car wouldn’t be in for weeks. No apologies. Manager had the nerve to ask if the woman standing next to me could have the car that I left the deposit on.. They are helpful and they will give you a way better deal. They also won’t take almost 2 weeks to refund your deposit . More
