Matt was not only helpful, but very patient. He was certainly well versed on every aspect of the packages that were available and helped us decide on the ones we wanted. It was a pleasure working with him. When it came time to figure out the pricing, Salman Umar was very helpful and went out of his way to listen to our concerns. Then he and Matt worked out a lease agreement with which we would be happy. In addition, Larry Smath was able to work out the financial approval right away. It was terrific working with him as well. We were delighted that we could drive home in our new Lexus ES 350 that same day. Before we left, Matt Bullen sat in the car with us explaining how to use all the new technological items in the car. The shopping experience was so vastly better, this time, that it was hard to compare the differences. We've leased 2 Mercedes vehicles for the last decade or so.
