I was the proud owner of a 2004 RX330 which I kept like new. Unfortunately, my car was totalled when someone ran a red light. The car saved my life. There I met Neil who gave me space to make decisions, explained the process and all options clearly, understood where I was coming from and treated me with respect and caring (even though I walked in there in a pretty grungy weekend outfit - no prejudging). What a nice man. Michael also acted professionally and took the time to answer all of my questions and run me through the process. Long story short, in three days I bought a car, picked out the options and took delivery. Back on the road again in an RX and ready to make new roadtrip memories! We had a very positive experience in buying a new LS at Lexus of Massapequa. We actually had purchased our very reliable ES at another dealership but a somewhat cavalier attitude precluded our return there Lexus of Massapequa. We actually had purchased our very reliable ES at another dealership but a somewhat cavalier attitude precluded our return there.Massapequa is a little bit out of the way for us but we are glad that we made trip .We had the good fortune to meet Neil Fogel who is a consumate sales professional .He has an easy going manner and was able to address our concerns regarding whether the LS was right for us . My wife who is not an easy grader thought that Neil was a master at his craft.Buying a car has always been an anxiety producing situation but this recent purchase was quite stress free. The LS has all kinds of bells and whistles and Neil spent time after the purchase acquainting me with the various features .It is our hope to enjoy the LS for many years to come but we will certainly return to Lexus of Massapequa.
