We looked at both new and used cars, weighed options and even got my insurance switched around to a lower rate. I looked and met with other dealers, searched the auction market and private sellers. I had some pretty swinging deals in my pocket, but felt that I owed it to Steve to sit down one last time. He made it happen. He really took the time out to explain all the features to me so I could decide on which car would be best for me and what I was looking for. In the end the whole process was very low pressured and made me feel very comfortable that I had made the right choice in going with the IS 250 as it suited my needs the best. I recently purchased a 2011 ES 350 from Stephen Puleo. I was so surprised that the entire experience was so pleasant. Buying a car is usually a nail biting experience but not this time. This dealer sold me a CPO is250 that is a piece of crap. The cpo inspection clearly shows all things needing repair and it was sold to me only they hadn't repaired anything. They didn't even wash the car before I picked it up. The dealer lied to me and told me I had to buy an extended warranty or they could not get a bank to finance me. It was sold to me with the incorrect type and brand of tire, the alignment and camber toe were not in correct operating condition. I bought the car in the end of November and it had bald summer tires on it. Lexus of Massapequa has the worst sales and service I have ever seen, and I'm in the automobile business. Oh and after spending $5700 on cpo and extended warranties they don't even want to fix the car. I have had my amp replaced twice bc it somehow blew out while they were doing an oil change and inspection? Then let me pick it up without even telling me I had no sound in the car. And after all this and more Lexus of Massapequa and Lexus Corp couldn't care less! Thanks for nothing Lexus of Massapequa! More
