This is the second time that my husband and I have leased a lexus from Massapequa. We did visit other dealerships since we do live in Mount Sinai NY, however only this Lexus dealership was able to work with us and give us an affortable price, so itis worth the travel time. They listened and were considerate of our needs as customers. They were not out to just make a deal and were very honest. I have been driving Lexus for ten years and this is my fourth one. I have gotten all my Lexus vehicles from Massapequa. I did not know how to handle this since it was a big bill and I still had six months left on my lease. I was introduced to David Parker, Dave first asked me want brought me in and I told him. He then asked me what vehicle am I interested in this time and I told him. He went over the vehicle with me, told me the difference and we drove it cause he wanted to make sure I liked it, which I did and I kept reminding him why I was here and he said we will help me with this. We sat down, he then went and got the General Sales Manager Richard Healy. Richard and Dave then wanted to look at my car, I asked them why, They said that they are going to look at all the possible ways to help me in the situation I am in. After they looked at the car they sat down with me and showed me all the possible situations that they could do to help me. They explained to me all my options that were available to me so I can make the best decision. What i really liked was they showed everything to me on paper in full detail, so I knew exactly what they were doing and how they got to the numbers they gave me. They really helped me out of this bad situation I was in and saved me alot of money and made me feel some much better then how I felt before I walked into the dealership. I will always continue to buy my Lexus vehicles from Richard Healy and Dave Paker. I just picked up a 2011 GS 350 from Stephen Puleo who made it so easy to purchase my first Lexus. Considering a different brand was hard. In the past sales people always brag about their car and knock all of the other brands but he didn't. He was completely upfront and honest which made it easy for me to notice the differences between the cars. When I went to pick up the car it was perfect! The delivery went so smooth and Stephen took his time going over the car with me. He even came to my house to set up the garage door opener. I just moved here from Naples Fl, and I haven't had to go to service for any kind of work since my move last year. I live in Freeport and my closet dealer is Rockville Centre. I went to the dealership and explained that I just moved here last year and I acquired my new iPhone 4s today. When I entered the dealership I asked for service and no one seemed to want to help me since I wasn't looking to buy a car and just wanted my phone programed. When I was finally was directed to service, a service tech told me to go to the sales dept and they would help my program my phone. I walked back to sales and the sales mgr told me to go to AT&T. I was driving to AT&T at Sunrise Mall when I passing Lexus of Massapequa. As I was walking in I met Steven Petito in the parking lot and asked him who I should speak with regarding my phone about programing it. He said he would be able to help me. We walked back to my car and he programed my iPhone and my contacts. Steven also owned an iPhone and proceeded to show me things about the car and my phone that I wasn't even aware about when I bought my car in Florida. He also programed the blue-tooth audio to my iPhone and also told me that I could use Pandora as an app on my phone thru the blue-tooth audio option. This was very cool since I love my Pandora app. The last thing that Steven did was he noticed that my oil light was on in my car and asked if I used my 1st free oil change. I explained to him that I just bought this car last year and I just moved here and had never had any services on my car yet. He walked me back inside and called a very nice gentlemen in service named Evert and setup an appointment for me to get my oil changed and it was free. I wasn't even aware that my first service was free. As long as I live here in NY Lexus of Masspaequa will always have me as a client from here on out...thank you Steven and Evert! You guys are the best!!!! More
