Both Jean Cormier, Salesman, and Larry Smath, Finance Manager, were the ones I dealt with the most. They were truly kind, straighforward which I like, professional and sensitive to my needs. The desire to please was evident and genuine. They made every attempt to honor all of my concerns an address all my requests. Indeed, one of the Managers came to speak with me making sure I am satified and concerns are addressed in a respectful manner. Sharing my experience is something I do not take lightly. I am fair and report it how it happened. I think it is important for other customers and the Lexus Corporation to know how their employees are treating the public out there. Last but not least, I hold a Bachelor in Finance and customer satifaction is something dear to my heart . I always pay attention to the way being treated by staff from different capacities within any company I do business with. Both Mr. Cormier and Mr. Smath exceeded my expectations.
