Both Jean Cormier, Salesman, and Larry Smath, Finance Manager, were the ones I dealt with the most. They were truly kind, straighforward which I like, professional and sensitive to my needs. The desire to please was evident and genuine. They made every attempt to honor all of my concerns an address all my requests. Indeed, one of the Managers came to speak with me making sure I am satified and concerns are addressed in a respectful manner. Sharing my experience is something I do not take lightly.
