It was finally time to retire my old Benz and I decided an IS300/350 F-Sport was going to be my next ride. I had been watching several cars at all of the Long Island Lexus dealers for months but something told me I'd be buying from Atlantic, so it was no surprise when the perfect car popped up there. I was immediately greeted by Denise who was incredibly friendly and wasted no time. I really enjoyed chatting with her on our test drive. I was ready to deal so we got the sales ouder put together quickly. Then I met with Bobby who I must say is the coolest finance guy I've met. I had financing in place so squaring out the deal was quick and easy, and I enjoyed chatting with him as well. Picked up my car today which was pristine as it sat in the delivery bay, but Denise noticed some water spots she didn't like so she sent it back through the wash one final time. Everything couldn't have been easier, seriously. The showroom is big and beautiful with lots of amenities... One of the guys told me that I just missed the manicurist... Umm what? Mercedes Benz never offered me a manicure! I don't lease and dispose of my cars every couple of years as is the norm nowadays. I buy my vehicles and keep them for 7 years at least, so choosing the right dealer is important to me. Because wherever I buy from usually services my car for years to come, assuming I like them. I can say I'm so far I'm 100% satisfied with my experience at Atlantic Lexus in no small part due to how friendly and professional Denise and Bobby were.
