Jean had asked me to come in anyway so we could discuss what I wanted my car to be like. I said "Isn't the dealership closing?" Jean said "We are open as long as you are here." He stayed with me 1 hour past closing time. He paid attention to everything I wanted and was very knowledgeable. He showed me all of the features of the car during our test drive and knew the answers to all of my questions.
