A positive car buying experience. I began my relationship with Lexus of Massapequa by bringing my work vehicle in for regular service a few years ago. This is where I met Mike Baletta, one of the service managers there. Mike has always gone out of his way to return the vehicle to me as promised. Mike, along with the mechanics at the service center always have the customer in mind and provide A+ service which is extremely rare. Based on the positive experiences I had with the service department, I decided to purchase a Lexus vehicle for myself. I called Mike and told him that I was interested in a 2015 RX350 and if he could recommend a salesperson for me. He introduced me to Bert Hall. I explained to Bert what I was looking for and within thirty minutes he had the car I described at a price that I was comfortable with. There was no pressure to make a decision and he was extremely patient with the many questions that I had. A short time later I was sitting behind the wheel of my new Lexus. Bert was there through the entire process. He took the time to explain the many features of the RX350 and even set up my cell phone to blue tooth.
