We bought our first Lexus from him and he was very informant and dedicated to what we were looking for. We know right off the bat he cared more about getting us what we were looking for rather than getting his commission. Fast forward to almost 2 years later when we decided to get a bigger car. We moved out to Pittsburgh, PA at this time and of course there were 2 other dealer ships here we could've made the purchase at. But we decided not to. Instead we drove out nearly 7 HOURS (NEARLY OVER 350 MILES) to Lexus of Massapequa where we confided in our trust worthy salesperson Bert. We trust Bert because he knows exactly what we are looking for and simply we trust him 100%. They are not honest. If you believe the price they said on the phone, you are wasting your time. I did that once. I was looking for a pre-owned Lexus RX350. However, this is experience I would recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing a new car, especially a Lexus -- can never go wrong! My salesman, Bert Hall, was exceptionally great!
