New Vehicle Purchase I ended up working with this dealership for several months while looking for a replacement vehicle for my VW TDI Passat. When I finally neared the tim I ended up working with this dealership for several months while looking for a replacement vehicle for my VW TDI Passat. When I finally neared the time that I could sell back my diesel to VW, they did all they could to find and obtain the vehicle I was interested in with the options that I wanted. The day of the deal, I was pressed for time, and again, they stepped up and helped accelerate the purchase process. I was able to return at a later time to finish up discussions that had been previously interrupted. Overall, I am very pleased with the entire purchase process. I have only had one chance to visit with the service department - and that for a simple headlight adjustment. While they weren't able to get me in at that moment, they were able to schedule me a time the next day at my convenience. The actual service was quick, and to my satisfaction. Even though it was a minor adjustment, they returned the car in a better condition than when I dropped it off - freshly washed and clean. I look forward to doing more business with this dealer in the future. More
