not sure what this means. ??? Mike, Tim and Kelly were very knowledgeable and friendly. Mike lifted the hood and showed us the engine and other parts and explained them. He also gave us the large handbook and showed us the quick reference guide. They gave us a free card to use for our first service, altho nothing was scheduled at the time. Kelly took us over and introduced us to the service department and helped us to make an appointment with them to get the windows tinted. The service department did an excellent job on the window tinting. The car looks great! It has a quiet, smooth ride. More
