Streetside (Chris) took $1,000 deposit on a 2011 Mustang and we negotiated a price based on the vehicle and all advertised parts to come with the vehicle. I received the bill of sale and arranged a pickup and we negotiated a price based on the vehicle and all advertised parts to come with the vehicle. I received the bill of sale and arranged a pickup date. When I asked if parts would fit in the truck I was told they didn't have the parts and the owner sold the parts. I asked if they would renegotiate the deal based on that and was told no. Apparently I was just supposed to accept the fact the owner kept the parts and sold them and I was out of luck. I was refunded my deposit. The dealership was not willing to take the value of the part out of their end of the deal. I believe they knew about the part not being with the vehicle and didn't think a buyer would catch it. Unscrupulous and not willing to make things right when they make a mistake. Buyer beware. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else because integrity is lacking at this place. More
