"Duke" (sales staff) kept in touch sufficiently, letting me know the current status. Their listing of the car - pictures, video - were great, professional. The notes/specifications could have been a bit more detailed, but was quite good all the same. "Matt" (vehicle inventory) was usually the person I talked to when I called, very attentive and up-to-date what was going on with my car. "John" (sales staff), who handled the actual sale, was straightforward in getting the last few details completed. "Kelly" (office staff?) was good to answer questions and forward my call. "Daniel" (office manager) initially took me in, explained how Streetside worked, answered my questions, and handled receiving my car into their inventory. I may not have pocketed as much $$ had I done all the legwork, but I still came out ok and had nothing more to do than sign a document, replace a burnt brake bulb, get a bad battery warranted, and lastly, pick up a cheque.
