Dave Pfister worked with me and was absolutely 'a friend in the car business' while we were talking about my truck. he was quick to return calls and thorough in his answers. I work odd hours which left me sending emails after I knew the dealership was closed. I expected answers the next day--Dave was answering me THEN after the dealership was closed--and before it opened in the morning. I absolutely recommend these people for a quality experience.
