Top-notch customer service! I took my 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander in for an oil change, which they were able to get me in very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to find out t I took my 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander in for an oil change, which they were able to get me in very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the oil change would be at no charge, as this was the first oil change since I had purchased the vehicle. They kept me updated throughout the appointment and when the service was complete, I was told it would be just a few minutes longer because they were washing it. (Again, very pleasantly surprised!) I have NEVER experienced the level of customer service like I experienced at Stuckey Mitsubishi in State College, PA and I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! More

The app for remote start on the Outlander does not work 80% of the time. If you don't 5G on your phone it does not work. I bought this 2024 Outlander new at Stuckey State College pa and they give me the 80% of the time. If you don't 5G on your phone it does not work. Just had to take the time to write a review for the sale staff at the State College location. I was so fortunate to get Adam Keller as my sale person. This is the first time in 42 years that was able to pur staff at the State College location. I was so fortunate to get Adam Keller as my sale person. This is the first time in 42 years that was able to purchase a new vehicle and Adam was more than helpful making sure that I was getting the best car. He did not once make me feel uncomfortable or pressured me into something. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and he took his time to explain and show me how things worked. Then working with Will on the financing end, took the time to make sure that I was comfortable. I would like to thank others that I was introduced to, but can't remember all of there name.
