I really enjoyed dealing with Nissan of State College simply due to their customer service. I have purchased several Nissan cars in my life and have bought all of them from another dealership. My experience with State College Nissan was very different due to the friendly nature of the salesman and the fact that the "dealing" process was not simply a "back and forth game". I told Mike where I wanted to be with the difference from my trade and he made the deal. That's all customers want!!!! Get to where they want to be "price-wise" and don't insult them with the back and forth game like so many dealerships do, but I can say that State College Nissan does none of this which is GREATLY appreciated!!!! Eid gave us great customer service! When we pulled into your lot, he was outside and gave us a warm welcome on a cold day. I believe that the gentlemen that waited on me was named Steve. He is a very nice person. The guys in the back are wonderful...they noticed that my inspection was going to run out at the end of the month and asked if they could do the inspection while I was there. That saved me from having to make another trip in less than a week and kept me from getting a ticket as I didn't know it was about to run out.
