We have been taking our Forester to Lakeland Subaru since 2017. My husband and I have always had great service up until this last one. Mike is our “regular “ service representative but because we had to get the car in quickly (check engine light as well as several dashboard lights were lit up) we were assigned Marco who was on duty that day. He did not listen to my husband when he was explaining the situation with the warning lights and that this had happened twice before. Very dismissive. Our car was in the shop for 5 days which was fine we came in on a drop in basis. As stated above we have done business with this dealership for many years and Subaru sends out coupons periodically and they have always honored them whether expired or not. We presented our 20%off coupon and were told it could not be used. We had just spent $1200 3 weeks prior to this service and this one was another $800. My 3 star rating is due to the service reps dismissive , disrespectful attitude and not honoring a coupon that we presented from the Subaru headquarters. More

It was my first time in. Making the appointment was not the best experience but when I got to the dealership everyone was friendly and courteous. The service was completed faster than expected which was a nice surprise. The oil change and rotation was more than I wanted to spend and my car did not get a complimentary wash or vacuum. I was expecting at least that for spending over 100 for a basic service. For all those reason, I give my experience an average rating. More
