I loved the service and parts department which were extremely courteous and informative. Marcos, the service representative, was professional and prompt with information I requested and questions I ask extremely courteous and informative. Tim, a service technician, rode out with me in my car because I had a concern. Tim heard my concern and with his plethora of information was able to put me at ease. My experience with the service department was awesome! I also visited the parts department and my questions about prices for crossbars and a storage pod were answered promptly. Good experience too! Unfortunately, I gave a 4 star rating because I called the office to speak to Marcos and he was unbelievable and I opted to leave a voicemail. I was left on hold for 11 minutes to be transferred to voicemail but instead I was disconnected. Not a good impression in my opinion.👎 More

Staff didn't tell me my car was ready for 30 minutes. I went over to see if my car was in the parking lot and THEN I got a call as the receptionist saw me walking over. Oil change took 4 hours! Employee asked who’s “busted up Subaru this is” in front of my daughter who brought her car for her first oil change. She was thoroughly embarrassed and neither employee even apologized. We will never be ba of my daughter who brought her car for her first oil change. She was thoroughly embarrassed and neither employee even apologized. Andrew Rodriguez did a great job of explaining the options available for leasing a second new car, the cost of the options, and located the exact car with the options that my wife had selected.
