Brought my car in for service. I am upset with myself for letting them take advantage of me like that. $500 to change 4 sparkplugs? xxx? $325 to replace a tire pressure sensor? Tho I am upset with myself for letting them take advantage of me like that. $500 to change 4 sparkplugs? xxx? $325 to replace a tire pressure sensor? Those are just the highpoints! Add an oil change and air filters and I got out of there for just over $1250. I declined a couple other things I need to have done because that would have cost another $1500+ To top it off it took them over 5 hours to do it. I'll NEVER go back there again! I gave them a "1" for a rating because it wouldn't let me rate them lower. More

I had a wonderful experience with my last visit. Mike in the service center was very professional. He was got me in when it was convenient for me. When I picked up my car, it was waiting for me, instead of me having to wait …. It was also clean. I had to bring my 2021 Enclave in without an appointment because of a flat tire on the Interstate and I could not continue using my car for work with the temporary tire. I expected I had to replace one or because of a flat tire on the Interstate and I could not continue using my car for work with the temporary tire. I expected I had to replace one or both rear tires. They called later and said they were able to repair the tire and it was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, there was no charge because of the service agreement I have with SBC for the car. I greatly appreciate the honesty and courtesy I was afforded. More
I appreciate the service writers and the customer service reps. They do a great job, what I don’t appreciate is that when you reserve a car the day before and you show up for your appointment they do not hol reps. They do a great job, what I don’t appreciate is that when you reserve a car the day before and you show up for your appointment they do not hold the car, they tell they are out of cars and it should only be 30 minutes, it was an hour. That cost me more time and more time off of work that I do not appreciate. The carwash in the has past been fine, this car wash was awful, you could see all the spots they missed and It didn’t look like they ever touch the windshield. More

Tim, a service technician, rode out with me in my car because I had a concern. Tim heard my concern and with his plethora of information was able to put me at ease. My experience with the service department was awesome! I also visited the parts department and my questions about prices for crossbars and a storage pod were answered promptly. Good experience too! Unfortunately, I gave a 4 star rating because I called the office to speak to Marcos and he was unbelievable and I opted to leave a voicemail. I was left on hold for 11 minutes to be transferred to voicemail but instead I was disconnected. Not a good impression in my opinion.👎 More
