Tires were not rotated properly for an AWD system, which is what Subaru is known for. They also dismissed my concern about my suspension, telling me they didn’t see anything. Love the car, hate the reliability. 2020 Outback has been in several times for Informant issues including replacing the head unit. Now they are replacing a fuel pump. At 14k miles?!?!
