I thought the office would have on record automatically if you had insurance to cover all necessary repairs, but to my surprise and comfort I asked the attendant to check for what was covered on my extende if you had insurance to cover all necessary repairs, but to my surprise and comfort I asked the attendant to check for what was covered on my extended warranty, Thank goodness I was covered but I had to ask! Only thing that got me was that they don’t rotate after market wheels. Which was never told me before and I’ve been there a couple times now, and the fact that I was charged the last time I went for a rota market wheels. I never received any paperwork at the end of service, the computers were down but I guess they were supposed to give me something because a lady called me a couple days after to clarify what work they did and told me they should have. Service technician does not know how to troubleshooting brake issues. It's obvious that the brakes squeak and it needs repairs. Dimmitt Cadillac identified the warped rotor issue in 10 minutes and requires brake issues. It's obvious that the brakes squeak and it needs repairs. Dimmitt Cadillac identified the warped rotor issue in 10 minutes and requires us to replace the front rotors when this should of been identified in the CPO checklist. Now we are out over $800 when this should of been resolved in yeh CPO checklist. More
