Purchased a used truck from Subaru of North Orlando in March 2026 and the actual sales process was smooth. The staff was helpful, answered questions, and the truck was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, the post-sale experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication from finance/title staff has been inconsistent, callbacks and emails often went unanswered, and I’ve repeatedly had issues getting paperwork and registration handled correctly. My temporary tags expired twice, leaving the truck unusable while I still have no permanent registration or clear answers. Great vehicle and initial buying experience, but the follow-through after the sale has been very disappointing. More

I called to schedule an oil change, tire rotation, and rear brake service minutes before I arrived and I was helped immediately. John took care of me when I arrived.
