The dealership runs pretty much the way it always did. Good structure, competent people. Service is extraordinary! Sales marketing brought me in. The offer was close to what I wanted. Salesperson Nick was very good. Just right for me. Not pushy and had answers for my questions. This will be my 4th Subaru. All my sales have gone through Joe. Keep my fingers crossed. If the sale goes along with a good price to suit my new retired situation , I'll accept. Waiting room was closed. Now it's out in the showroom. I liked it better the old way. I had one obnoxious guy on the phone this morning. I doubt he'll last long. More
