For a while, my car had been giving me trouble (2001 Toyota Camry). However, for some time now I knew I wanted a Subaru. My parents had an old 1984 Subaru GL which reached over 280,000 miles when they sold it. Along with features in my favorite motoring programme Top Gear, and reading online the different things people had to say, my heart was set on a Subaru. We contacted the Mastro Subaru in Sanford, FL when we saw an outback on the website. We had wanted to see how we could put a deposit on a pre-owned vehicle. Sadly that one was spoken for. Not too much after that (within the hour) we saw a shiny, silver Impreza. We called and said we wanted to look at it and potentially buy it. We lived two hours away, so it was a bit difficult for us to head over immediately to test it and sign for it. Well, the sales representative, Kendra, went to make sure they could make this possible for us. She was great. By Thursday we had decided we wanted the car (it had just arrived at the lot as a trade-in and hadn’t even been cleaned). Friday is when I was able to go down, test the car, and get the paperwork ready, as well as put a deposit down. Saturday is when I made my last voyage in my old (2001) Camry. Trusting God would take care of us, we took the plunge and decided to get the car. My fiancée was not with me at the time, but we ended up taking care of the paperwork issue with a very kind guy from sales, Gerald. A few things still were pending, such as getting the other keys, tinting, upholstery work, and what not, but those we did later on. Thank you everyone at Mastro. Not only did you make our initial stay quite a pleasure, but every subsequent visit for whatever quite nice. It’s obvious you guys care about what you do and who you do business with. You guys make complete your slogan: “love, it’s what makes a Subaru a Subaru.” More
The customer service at Mastro Subaru in Sanford Florida is superior to the other Subaru dealerships in the Orlando market. Beyond the price, the customer service and personal care that Seth, Kendra, and Francis exhibited should be modeled by any car dealership. I recently bought a 2010 Ford Fusion with less than 30,000 miles on it from this dealership and I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction. I was deciding between this car and 2012 Madza 6 i tour 30,000 miles on it from this dealership and I couldn't be more pleased with this transaction. I was deciding between this car and 2012 Madza 6 i touring with approximately the same mileage from another dealership (although it was a rental car). The sales staff did not pressure me in making my decision. They allowed me to sit in their dealership for several hours while I decided with my family. Nate, a product specialist, was extremely professional and classy. He is truly an asset to this company as it is hard to find genuine employees that want to ensure the customer has the best fit for him/her. In my search for the perfect car, I went to many dealerships and I felt as though I was treated best here. I would recommend this dealership and Nate to others. I came back to Mastro Subaru in Sanford because of my experience with the staff a year ago. I found a car in my price range online but it had already been sold. I was disappointed until I received a call from the store manager Joe, a few days later. He had a used 2010 Subaru Outback in my price range that he thought I might be intrested in. Kendra in sales is wonderful, knowledgable and I would highly recommend dealing with her. She helped me with the test drive and answered all my questions about the car. The previous owner traded the 2010 in for a 2013. The car looked brand new! There was not a flaw on that car! I have to say I had some credit issues but Jay in financing was AWESOME and worked his magic! I went in to take a look at the car not expecting to walk out owning that 2010 Subaru but I did. Very, very personable & professional experience and would recommend Mastor Subaru Sanford for purchasing a car! More
My mentally and physically handicap 50 year old brother went to this dealership to trade in a good car that my parents were paying for. This dealership and my brother lied on the credit application to get the deal bought by the bank. He can't afford the $320 payment and now his payment shot up to $457. He has no job and lives at home. He collects a small SS check for being handicapped. When my parents and I went to the dealership and explain the situation they refused to reverse the deal because they are making with the bank over $14,000 between the high interest rate, 5 year payment plan and on his trade and the used car they sold him. BEWARE AND DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ANY COST!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN FOR A BIG RIDE THAT WILL COST YOU LOTS OF MONEY. More
