Hello, Sorry you had an issue at the store. I spoke to our staff in the store. They tell me that you wanted to drive the ESX Red Dragon STi. This is a specialty car that we do not test drive. Any other STi would not be an issue. Did someone tell you that you could drive the ESX car? The information that I have from the store is that it was not an issue when you were at the store. Please let me know so that I can correct any policy issues in the store. Thanks! Bill

Hello Bill, I think there is a lack of communication here. I would be happy to forward you my email chain with the internet sales director George Hios. I was interested in test driving a base WRX with a 6mt. I had no interest in driving the ESX Red Dragon STi or driving any STi at all. Also if you would like I could send you email chains to other dealers requesting prices for a WRX not an STi. Thanks, Brad A.

Mr Grey 12 WRX, I am sorry to hear that your service did not go well at our Sanford location. Our goal is to service your vehicle as quickly and efficiently as possible. Subaru pays us to do the service on your vehicle and if you want it done we are glad to do it. Not sure why we would refuse. It is your car and if you want it done earlier we should definitely do it. The maintenance plan consists of 4 services. The first is at 3750 the next is at 7500 and they go every 7500 miles after that. You obviously do not drive your vehicle very much and can follow the time intervals. We should have done a better job explaining your maintenance requirements on your vehicle. You can go by time or mileage, your service plan does not expire. Your vehicle takes synthetic oil and the service intervals are every 7500 miles(after the 7500 interval is performed). I would be glad to have my service manager contact you in person to explain. I agree 2 hours is way too long to wait. Our target time for an oil service is 30-40 minutes. You did not list your name so we do not know who you are or when you came in for service. Please contact us and we will be glad to discuss this with you and see where we dropped the ball. I apologize for your inconvenience and hope to have an opportunity to discuss this with you. Regards. Pete Mastro

Ok so an update from my original post. We are now 2 more months tried scheduling again for an oil change first time was a no, second time they still told lme i must have 13500 miles on it before they would do it with out charging me. I told them exatly what as said on here and they laughed at me and said they highly doubt it. So i have an appointment for some warranty work but still no oil change. With that being said this will be the last time i will even bother at trying to get an oil change. Hopefully i can get my warranty issues fixed. I will reply once i get back from my appointment saturday.
