I brought in my wife’s WRX tab the oil change the air conditioner looked at and it’s right bearing replaced. When my wife first purchase this car in 2015 she said she wanted to try the extended warrant conditioner looked at and it’s right bearing replaced. When my wife first purchase this car in 2015 she said she wanted to try the extended warranty as a way of trying to free up my time working in my shop on vehicles. At first I rolled my eyes and said sweetheart there’s a reason my shop is three times larger than the house. I was raised that if you want something done right you do it yourself. But like most households my wife runs things and I’ve been happily married for 42 years. So I said yes dear on the extended warranty. When I brought her WRX in for service work. I was greeted at the Service counter by young lady named Kendall. I told her about all my concerns on my wife’s car she said it may take a day or so to address some of the issues. She mentioned I was eligible for a loaner car. I thought that was great because the only alternative I had what to drive 32 miles back to the shop and get my car carrier and bring the WRX back on it. Kendall mentioned she would contact me as soon as the mechanics looked at it. Kendall called me and mention another five or six items that needed to be addressed. The next day Kendall called and mention that some of the parts might take a little longer to get a hold of then she thought. I said no problem she mention all the items that had been completed. The next day Kendall called again said the car was ready for pick up. I showed up to pick the car up all the items are complete my bill was about a quarter of what I thought it would be because most of the items were covered under service work on the extended warranty that I didn’t wanna get to start with. I know it sounds crazy but I will continue to buy Subarus and I like the way this dealership does business and Miss Kendall was all about great Service. More
