MASTRO Subaru has always had first rate customer service. Kelly has always been nice to work with. Charlene was fantastic! We had purchased a replacement tire in the past due to a screw in the sidewall. Oddly enough the following week, my wife and son were in Fort Meyers and discovered ANOTHER screw in tire in the past due to a screw in the sidewall. Oddly enough the following week, my wife and son were in Fort Meyers and discovered ANOTHER screw in whet we thought was the same tire. They went to the local dealer (O'Brien) and were SOLD another tire, even though the tire we purchased had a road hazard warranty through any Subaru dealer. The tire we were SOLD was indeed a Continental but was inferior. It was loud while going down the road and undoubtedly would have not allowed Eyesight to perform as it should. Charlene called O'Brien and they agreed to pay for the cost of the new correct replacement tire. Unfortunately we had to purchase yet ANOTHER tire as one tire was out of spec due to being out of spec 4mm (or whatever the requirement is.) Thanks again Charlene! More
Never had a better expierance . We bot our outback from mastro 2years ago. Since we had to take it back a few times for service. They and the new owners are the best.
