The best of the best! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. We had a car issue that no one could figure out. We went to SO many places and everyone was stumped. Kendall was fantastic! She called my out-of-state dealer that I leased my Crosstrek from to see if they would honor a prepaid check-up that had just expired. With no help She called my out-of-state dealer that I leased my Crosstrek from to see if they would honor a prepaid check-up that had just expired. With no help from that dealer, Subaru North Orlando honored what they could! Not the cheapest auto service facility in town; but the technicians and service reps are trained to a high level. I have not yet had to return a Subaru to the service dept because a repair or routine servi technicians and service reps are trained to a high level. I have not yet had to return a Subaru to the service dept because a repair or routine service was flubbed. I presently own two Subaru's and the Subaru that preceded these saved my neck twice. You can buy a more expensive automobile, but Subaru is the best quality for the money. More

Service dept is courteous and quick, although the girl answering the phone has at times been quite discourteous. This was not due to any rudeness on my part, but just because I asked questions about the r answering the phone has at times been quite discourteous. Much better service when it was privately owned Mastro Subaru. The new SNO is a typical business with very little emphasis on the customer and more about the mighty dollar. Service department still has some of the same employees but it's a colder feeling now. Service department charges additional fees for using your credit cards, so they don't have to pay the CC fees! Charging hundreds to thousands of dollars for recommended services then expecting most people to have that kind of cash available is laughable. It should be illegal for companies to charge customers to use their CC, it's the price of business. I'm positive Mastro would have never been so greedy. More

Every single visit I am blown away by the service from Jason and the entire crew at Subaru North Orlando. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour after an inspection, oil change, filter ch Jason and the entire crew at Subaru North Orlando. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour after an inspection, oil change, filter change, tire rotation and car wash. (They probably did even more but I don't remember everything.) In all, I received 5-star service from a 5-star team without breaking the bank! They put the service in customer service and this is why I drive all of the way from the other side of Orlando. Jason and his team are truly best in class. Job well done! I can’t wait to go back for my next visit!! Honestly the best service in the entire state and probably nation! We just bought our third Subaru and this is the only place we will take them! More
