Mr Grey 12 WRX, I am sorry to hear that your service did not go well at our Sanford location. Our goal is to service your vehicle as quickly and efficiently as possible. Subaru pays us to do the service on your vehicle and if you want it done we are glad to do it. Not sure why we would refuse. It is your car and if you want it done earlier we should definitely do it. The maintenance plan consists of 4 services. The first is at 3750 the next is at 7500 and they go every 7500 miles after that. You obviously do not drive your vehicle very much and can follow the time intervals. We should have done a better job explaining your maintenance requirements on your vehicle. You can go by time or mileage, your service plan does not expire. Your vehicle takes synthetic oil and the service intervals are every 7500 miles(after the 7500 interval is performed). I would be glad to have my service manager contact you in person to explain. I agree 2 hours is way too long to wait. Our target time for an oil service is 30-40 minutes. You did not list your name so we do not know who you are or when you came in for service. Please contact us and we will be glad to discuss this with you and see where we dropped the ball. Ok so an update from my original post. We are now 2 more months tried scheduling again for an oil change first time was a no, second time they still told lme i must have 13500 miles on it before they would do it with out charging me. I told them exatly what as said on here and they laughed at me and said they highly doubt it. So i have an appointment for some warranty work but still no oil change. With that being said this will be the last time i will even bother at trying to get an oil change. Hopefully i can get my warranty issues fixed. I will reply once i get back from my appointment saturday.
