As a long time customer, I’ve been disappointed since the new owners purchased Subaru North Orlando (previously Mastro) in 2020. Their service department will no longer honor the life-time oil changes I was new owners purchased Subaru North Orlando (previously Mastro) in 2020. Their service department will no longer honor the life-time oil changes I was supposed to receive (unless now I also agree to do ALL their ‘suggested’ service items at their inflated pricing). The General Manager basically told me they were no longer going to honor the commitment because it was too expensive. Time for me to find someone new when I buy my next Subie or have my current one serviced. More

Kendall in service continually goes above and beyond to ensure the customer experience within the service department is excellent. I have had some warranty issues on my Ascent and any time I speak with Ke ensure the customer experience within the service department is excellent. I have had some warranty issues on my Ascent and any time I speak with Kendall or come to the service department she tries to the best of her ability to get my car done quickly, correctly and communicates with me about next steps.
