Scott, I'm sorry to hear that you felt pressured to make a decision on your purchase. I know we spoke previous to your coming in and I know that you had been considering this purchase for a long time and we never wanted you to feel pressured in anyway to make a decision you were not comfortable with. I think after speaking with you the very next morning that you made a good decision and hope you're enjoying your new car. We do have loaner cars and would have given you a ride home if you asked. We even have rentals that would have been an option as well. We have spoken on many occassions and you know that I am always available anytime. I had a previous commitment that evening or I would have personally driven you home if you asked. Again, I hope you're enjoying your new car which we knew was coming, just came a few months earlier than you planned.
