Out of Towner Drove to Phoenix from Texas through some really bad weather. Snow and sleet blowing sideways outside of Santa Fe at the end of May. It was blowing so hard it cracked my drivers’ side window. I bought a 2018 Outback last July so it was still under warranty. Took my car into Subaru Superstore of Chandler, AZ and Scott Burgstrom and Angela Mattix gave me A+ service to get my window fixed before I drove back. And they were able to get the window covered by my warranty. I love my car, but I love the service I consistently receive from Subaru, now matter where I am. This is the only company who treats their current customers like gold. I’ll ALWAYS buy a Subaru! Great car, better service! More

Good things come to those who WAIT Had a small but deep scratch on my new Forester that we noticed when we picked up the vehicle. They said come back the next day and they will buff it out. We also noticed a bubble and scratch in the tint on the small front Window. Honestly it took a little longer than I thought it should (my unprofessional opinion) and I was getting a little impatient. BUT, at that time I was not aware that I was not on the service schedule and that they had squeezed me into a very busy Friday schedule. (Now I know and I appreciate that, Thank you) Man, when I saw the great job they did with the scratch I was happy. And the tint of course was like new. So thank you to the Subaru team that worked on my vehicle, Great Job. And I apologize if I was a little impatient with the service advisor, Adam, he is a very patient and laid-back professional. Thanks for squeezing me on the list and thanks for making that scratch disappear and thanks for fixing the tint. See you soon for some darker tint. :) Loving my new Forester and super happy to have a Dealership with employees like that. ( I would like to note that their waiting area is one of the nicest of all the dealerships I have been to. Free water, snacks, soda machine, CP charging tables, TV, Kids area and of course looking at some really nice vehicles in very clean and bright showroom.) More

An amazing service department Darien in the service department went way above and beyond to make this very trying time a wonderful experience. My Impreza Sport was two months past its warranty when my air conditioner went out. Considering this is Phoenix, and very similar to living on the surface of the sun, this was a catastrophic event, A new air compressor is a very pricey part, but Darien contacted Subaru and they decided to cover the entire replacement. I didn't have to pay for anything. Darien is a great asset to this dealership. He has made me a life-long customer!! More

Never Going Back I brought in my personal lease vehicle for regular service (warranty covers first 2 years of maintenance). Was told 1 hour wait but ended up waiting 2 I brought in my personal lease vehicle for regular service (warranty covers first 2 years of maintenance). Was told 1 hour wait but ended up waiting 2 hours. The inspection found the intake filter was dirty and needed replaced, but they didn't even mention anything until I was handed the keys and had to leave. Maybe my warranty doesn't cover that expense, but I don't know why it wouldn't. Fuel levels were untouched (went in with 3/4 coolant, came out with 3/4). Mileage was 10941 at drop off and 10941 at pickup, which is great, but they felt it was necessary to adjust my seat and mirrors. First world problems sure, but an unecessary inconvenience nonetheless. Also, I found a new scratch on the passenger side, that I'm certain came from this dealership. And they didn't bother checking my spare tire because I had gear in the trunk, which I graciously would have moved for them if they had asked. More
