**IF I COULD GIVE ONE STAR I WOULD** I tried to deal with Earl Balitaan on purchasing a pre-owned Subaru. On BOTH occasions, he was short and curt with his responses to my cash offer and eventually told with Earl Balitaan on purchasing a pre-owned Subaru. On BOTH occasions, he was short and curt with his responses to my cash offer and eventually told me that it "sounds like you need to increase your budget". I asked him to stop emailing me and he continued to send one line messages such as "ok" and "sounds good" being SUPER passive aggressive. Very unprofessional and I will never do business at this dealership, if it's with Earl. I have also let anyone I know about the level of unprofessionalism. Not sure how they make money when members of their sales team have time to harass potential new customers. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. More

Definitely a 5-star experience. This is my second Outback and the 1st purchased at Subaru Clear Lake. Andy Hollister listened to what I was looking for and took the time to show me This is my second Outback and the 1st purchased at Subaru Clear Lake. I wasn't sure if I wanted to make payments again, but he worked with me on the numbers. Outback's have a high safety rating so my insurance didn't go up much and I was able to close on my new 2025 Outback! I'm very happy. More
