The service department was ready for my appointment, was clean and easy to access and the tech was eager to get started. They had the part, was able to fix it then instead of needing a return appointment, and completed my service appointment also. More

On VERY short notice, literally within 10mins of my phone call, my car was being attended to, not a major event, the parts staff met me in the parking lot due to my time constraints, had me fixed up and read call, my car was being attended to, not a major event, the parts staff met me in the parking lot due to my time constraints, had me fixed up and ready to go within minutes of entering the parking lot, then the service staff was on it. I needed a new battery; Meredith was aware of an issue Subaru batteries were having and took care of the battery cost!! Then I decided to purchase new tires-on a whim, I knew we were going to need them soon, so thought why not now. Service dept was able to get me in that day, replace the tires, do a 4-wheel alignment and I got to drive a really cool electric Subaru home!! I am super satisfied with the customer service at Subaru of Columbia-parts and service are OUTSTANDING to work with!! More
