I bought an Outback on 11/7/20 and signed for 6 warranties. . The next morning I went back to cancel all the warranties. . I was told it would take 8-10 weeks for the refund to be sent to my lienho warranties. . The next morning I went back to cancel all the warranties. . I was told it would take 8-10 weeks for the refund to be sent to my lienholder. . After numerous inquiries it's now been 6 months and nothing has happened. . I was told on 2/4/21 that it was being processed. . Then on 3/31/21 I was told that he check had been sent but it never was. . This almost sounds illegal. . I just wrote to the BBB and will talk with my lawyer today. . If you want a Subaru, I suggest you buy from some other dealer. More
