For weeks, he worked with me remotely, listening carefully to my needs and helping me find a vehicle that checked all the boxes: safe for North Dakota winters, practical for all the miles I drive, and stylish enough to impress my teenage son. When I arrived, he had several Subaru options ready to test drive. There was zero sales pressure—just genuine care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Because of Charlie and the rest of the team—Jordan in Finance, Nyk with the Love Encore program, and Kendall in Service—I didn’t just lease a 2025 Crosstrek. I reaffirmed my loyalty to Subaru.
