07 sti I went to kuper for a 4 wheel alignment cause my front right wheel camber was off when I purchased vehicle elsewhere, they gave me a printout that sai I went to kuper for a 4 wheel alignment cause my front right wheel camber was off when I purchased vehicle elsewhere, they gave me a printout that said all wheels were correct and not much alignment was needed, the front right was never touched and was still visually off, I adjusted myself. I now have to buy 4 new tires because the front right is down to wires at edge near sidewall. More

One of the only times I didn't feel uneasy and pressured when buying a car. Took a test drive in a few of the cars, then put the whole thing on hold for a week. When we came back, we wanted to try one more test drive before making a decision. Becky was always ready with the keys and answers to our questions. When we decided to buy, we got a call and had to leave about 5 minutes into the paperwork. When we returned the next morning everything was set to go. The whole thing only required about 20 minutes of office time / paperwork, and was completely painless. Becky went through the details of the car with us after the paperwork, and introduced us to the service staff at the dealership. Very pleased! More

Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Most salesmen just want to sell you a car, Tom Fetsch wanted to make sure we purchased the right vehicle for us. He was very patient, and very thorough in his explanation of all options on the vehicle. We were (are) exceptionally impressed with the "eyesight" option. The solidness and quietness of the vehicle are also exceptional. There is more to buying a vehicle than getting the lowest possible price. I am convinced we got the best value, not only with the vehicle, but with the support available at the dealership. I am sure we will be back again in the future. More

We were introduced to each department and greeted very nicely at each station. The sales staff went out of their way to show us features on the Outback and Forester. They answered each and every question that I asked of them. They were very knowledgable about the cars features. Becky Sharff was our sales person and we enjoyed the way she explained the details of the car to the financing of the car. Scott then finished the financial details in which he explained the extended warranty to us. We did purchase the extended warranty. I would give the entire staff an A grade because they seemed so happy that we trusted in them and purchased a Subaru. I am confident that when we need service we will be handled with care and understanding. More
