I went to Kupper to look for something that had all-wheel drive and got somewhat decent gas mileage because I have a long commute to work. Tom and the others at Subaru did not jerk me around, they told me what was possible and what may not be possible and made sure that I clearly understood everything before we got to far into the process. It only took two test drives and I had found my car! We filled out the application that night, and the next day I got the call saying it was mine!! Talk about a CRAZY feeling. I purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza and I absolutely LOVE it!! My experience at Kupper Subaru and the people who helped me will not be something I'll forget. Richard was absolutely wonderful to work with! There was no high pressure to get us to purchase, just very relaxed and comfortable. The Subaru Crosstreks are very popular. I wanted a black and only black crosstrek. The dealership did not have one, so they called around and found one in Nebraska. We (my wife and I) set out this Saturday morning to find a good used vehicle. Before going to the used car dealerships, we decided to stop by the Subaru dealer which is quite close to our house. As we pulled in this crossover type vehicle with orange paint immediately caught my eye. I told my wife "this is what we are looking for" and of course, orange is not on her list of favorite colors. We stopped and started to look at it and were approached by Becky who asked what we were looking for. The answer was something that is comfortable for us (elderly) to get in and out of with good gas mileage. It wasn't long before we were on a test drive - end of story, the "tangerine" Subaru Crosstrek looks good in the garage! More
