I had my 2013 Subaru in for a recall on the engine maybe a year or two back. Unsurprising there was another defect that was found and needed to be fixed( seems to be a Subaru dealer feature: Even Fort Myer a year or two back. Run from this dealership, I negotiated a deal over the phone with their Internet Sales Manager Amy Seale and was in transit to pick the truck up and in the 20 minutes it took me to get from my house to th phone with their Internet Sales Manager Amy Seale and was in transit to pick the truck up and in the 20 minutes it took me to get from my house to that dealership they sold the vehicle out from under me and then tried to sell me a different vehicle. I would NEVER recommend DeVoe Buick! They are the worst at customer service. They have an attitude of almighty. From lying sales people do arrogant owners. Called, setup appt. for 9:30 today. When I arrived I was told by service writer they wouldn't get to it until at least tomorrow. When I service truck at Hendricks GMC in NC., I drive in and they take it ri told by service writer they wouldn't get to it until at least tomorrow. I said to service writer if that's the case I will bring it in tomorrow, He said then you will have to wait another day.
