5th repair attempt still not fixed. The truck now has 20,000 miles on it. 5 times to repair engine whine. First time was 5000 miles. Last time the FSE from GM drove down and road tested the vehicle and instructed dealer to replace transmission front pump. 12 days later the vehicle was returned to me with no offers to road test vehicle for verification the repair was successful, as I suspected it was not. Waiting now for a resolution GM. Not what I would call a good place to get your service needs done. More

A call was made to the service department and the car was put on the shop schedule for early the next morning. Due to the complexity of the service a loaner car was arranged and throughout the service time the dealership called to update me on the progress of the repairs. Upon completion the staff was helpful and efficient. A very good dealership experience. More
Yukon service We had an appointment for oil change. Brought our 2015 GMC Yukon in for this scheduled service, but on the way to the dealership, our infotainment cen We had an appointment for oil change. Brought our 2015 GMC Yukon in for this scheduled service, but on the way to the dealership, our infotainment center stopped working. No radio, no nav., etc. The repairman briefly looked at the issue and told us that the vehicle would have to be left overnight because the infotainment center would have to be pulled and a new HDMI cable installed. A rental car was provided while my car was being serviced. My Yukon was ready the next day. I was then told that the infotainment issue had to do with an update; the device did not have to be pulled from the dash! This should have been done on the first day and I would not have been inconvenienced with making an additional trip to the dealership. Also, I had to ask to have the vehicle washed. It was run through the car wash at the Cadillac dealership. It did not do a very good job of washing. I had similar service done with my Lexus and they do an excellent job of cleaning the vehicle. More
