I went to DeVoe GMC to have my car repaired. I was hesitant to go because I felt that the previous time I went that I was not treated fairly. So I went back with a major repair needed and wan I was hesitant to go because I felt that the previous time I went that I was not treated fairly. So I went back with a major repair needed and wanted to go to the dealer to hopefully make things right. This time, I had to ask to explain what exactly I just paid several thousand dollars for as the representative didn’t feel the need to explain anything to me. I presented a coupon ( up to $200.00 ) which I exceeded and was told that it was on my bill, the $200.00 on the paperwork was for them diagnose my repair that would go towards the bill. My paperwork stated that my car was washed and interior cleaned at no charge when in fact it wasn’t touched at all. I just feel that if you spend that kind of money on a service, someone should be able to explain to you what was done and maybe just be a decent person/ employee since I just paid so much money. The whole process has me not going back to DeVoe. Also, I had my transmission repaired and now when I put my car in park, the dashboard says that it’s not in park. I just don’t want to take it back to fix because that will be more money, even though that didn’t happen before More
Wow, What a positive, thoughtful and stress free car buying experience! Don is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I took my 2025 At4x AEV GMC 2500 in to have my tailgate repaired. When I picked up my truck the wrap on the tailgate was not installed right. I did bring it up to my service adviser. This means I’ll have to bring it back and leave it for another whole day. I do live about an hour away. That’s a bit of an inconvenience but I’m happy to say the collision center will repair at no extra cost to me. Now I’m waiting on Julie Gloden to call me so we can schedule a day so I can get the wrap redone. More
