By fault of my own, I showed up for my appointment 2 days early and still they gave me the rental without a hassle. My only concern was a few days in, they called me to explain they had sold the rental car I was driving and I needed to come back in to exchange it. All in all though, service with DeVoe exceeded my expectations and have earned my future business. More

Reset dashboard digital read out Each time we bring the Subaru in for service, service has been excellent and Larry the service manager has been extremely helpful. Kudos to him! My only complaint, which probably may seem minor, is the settings on the dashboard have been altered and not recalibrated. I suggest that this recalibration is done before it is returned to the customer. More

Not worth the money So I had my truck serviced by devoe. while waiting 2.5 hours for the truck, the service writer informs me that I needed a new cabin airfilter. upon i So I had my truck serviced by devoe. while waiting 2.5 hours for the truck, the service writer informs me that I needed a new cabin airfilter. upon inspection it looked to be worn and dirty so I agreed to change it. I was not informed of the cost. Once the truck was completed I was giving the invoice for $181,in my surprise I asked why so expensive? The service writer explained that I opted to change my cabin airfilter and service of the engine. $80 bucks to service the truck...OK.....$39 for a $12 cabin filter and $39 to change it is ridiculous. I will not be back More

Left without a car for over two weeks and lied to My husband made an appointment to have new rims and tires that he purchased put on his truck. Someone in the service area cracked one of the rims and My husband made an appointment to have new rims and tires that he purchased put on his truck. Someone in the service area cracked one of the rims and called my husband to tell him it was damaged. My husband clean and shined each rim personally, wrapped them, and packed them in boxes before taking them to GMC. Somehow one was damaged by GMC service personnel. We were not told how, but we’re lied to about it. Personnel did not own up to their mistake. Ok fine. After that the truck was kept at GMC for over a week waiting for a new rim. When “new” rim was put on the truck we went to pick it up. Upon arrival we noticed the “new” rim was bent!!! Ugh! Truck was left there again waiting for another rim. Service dept called and offered my husband to use the truck with a spare on it while waiting for the rim. He should have been offered a loaner or a discount. Everyone knows you should not drive around on a spare for extended periods. Never will we come back to this GMC!!! More
