Set up appointment, I met with Ron when I arrived who explained the A/C leak may take a longer period of time t Had a problem with my A/C not cooling. I was kept informed of the repair status with three phone calls from Ron. Once vehicle was repaired I was in and out in less than five minutes. It was nice to be treated with such genuine concern throughout the service process. More

Subaru Service I feel the sales department is excellent. I am somewhat discourage with my first experience with their service department. My appointment was for a possible nail puncture of my front tire. I was one of the first appointments of the day. It took extremely long , approx. 45 minutes, to check and repair.the tire. Also cost to repair a simple puncture, $36.00, seems excessive. More
