I had a 10:30 appointment to have my rear view mirror changed. I waited 1 1/2 hours. Way too long. And labor was $86. It didn’t even take 15 minutes to fix. I have left voice mials, e. ials, and texts to John over three days with no response. I have had my Forester serviced in the Chicago area and someone calls back within 60 minutes ials, and texts to John over three days with no response. I have had my Forester serviced in the Chicago area and someone calls back within 60 minutes if I can't get through. Usually, some answers in Service there and helps me. I apparently gave to be standing in front of John and the service is just OK. I am not a Karen, but this sucks. Maybe I can get better responsiveness in Fort Myers or Serasota dealerships. Fix this!
