Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. At first, they were nice to work with until the vehicle was delivered. The vehicle was delivered with several areas damaged, the back being the worst At first, they were nice to work with until the vehicle was delivered. The damage was never disclosed as well as a broken part inside the vehicle which is on “back order” for a month now. I wish this review could be better. Overall, the damage was eventually repaired for one area but the rest remains. More

This is the second Time I have been asked to rate this dealership on work they recently completed. I can only assume that the work was done correctly. But what upset me is the fact that I was not advised dealership on work they recently completed. I can only assume that the work was done correctly. But what upset me is the fact that I was not advised by the dealership of an ongoing issue when I called for information and therefore was cheated out of a battery replacement. To make matters worse, after the work was scheduled I did inquire about the cost of a 30,000 mile service on my vehicle and was given a bizarrely ridiculous quote. I found out later that my service called for inspections, but side on scene I was told that all of those service points had to be done to the tune of over $1100. Subaru dealerships “the same service at less than half that cost. More
