The service center and communication regarding my vehicle were fine as usual. However what surprised me and in fact irritated me was the dealerships new policy of charging a service fee for credit card payme were fine as usual. However what surprised me and in fact irritated me was the dealerships new policy of charging a service fee for credit card payments. This is a bit ridiculous for a car dealership. This is not a small locally owned store. And trying to pass these costs to the consumer when their service charges are marked up anyway is a poor strategy. I did tell my service consultant what I thought about this new change. More
